Space is assigned by NAIFA San Diego. Please note that some spaces are reserved for our corporate and show sponsors.
AGENDA
The exhibit hall will open at 8:00 a.m. We will be providing a sit-down lunch. Schedule subject to change and all received applicants will be notified of any changes.
RAFFLE & PRIZE DRAWINGS
The “Grand Prize Raffle” will only be made available IF there is sponsorship for this event. In the case of sponsorship, attendees will be given a raffle card to qualify for the drawing. If your company representative chooses to have a raffle at their table, presenting your raffle prize must be done during the grand finale of the show. All company representatives will be given the drawing and presentation opportunity at the end of the program. This will allow maximum exposure for your company.
Grand Prize Raffle Rules
- Only non-exhibitor, registered attendees are eligible for the Grand Prize.
- Winner must be present to claim prize.
EXHIBITOR SETUP
This year’s location is at the The Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North. (Mission Valley) in San Diego, CA 92108. Setup in the Palm Area is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, 2012 between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m.
